Your Story
This is where your story begins.
You’ve spent time discovering the stories, ideas and possibilities within The Midlife Makeover.
Perhaps something here has made you stop and think.
Perhaps you’ve recognised yourself in someone else’s story.
Perhaps you’ve started to see your own life a little differently.
Now it’s your turn.
There is no right way to tell your story.
No perfect beginning. No finished version required.
Just your words.
Your experiences.
Your hopes for what comes next.
When you’re ready, this is your space.
Start wherever you are.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want to say.
You don’t have to have all the answers.
And you certainly don’t have to write a perfect story.
Just start with what feels true for you today.
Maybe it’s something that has changed.
Something you’ve lost.
Something you’ve discovered.
Something you’re ready to let go of.
Or something you’re beginning to hope for.
Your story belongs to you.
Take your time.
Come back to it whenever you need to.
You might begin with a question.
What has changed for me?
What do I miss?
What feels different now?
What do I want more of?
What would I choose if I stopped worrying about what everyone else expected of me?
What would feeling like myself again look like?
You don’t have to answer all of them.
You might not answer any of them today.
Sometimes simply asking the question is enough to begin.
There is no rush.
Your story is still unfolding.
There is no “right” version of your story.
Your story doesn’t have to be dramatic.
It doesn’t have to make sense from beginning to end.
It can contain things you’re proud of and things you’re still figuring out.
There may be chapters you never expected.
There may be parts you are ready to leave behind.
And there may be parts of yourself you are only just beginning to rediscover.
All of it belongs.
You don’t need to edit yourself into a more acceptable version.
You simply need to be honest about where you are — and curious about where you might want to go next.
Your story can change.
You are not who you were ten years ago.
And you don’t need to be.
The woman you are becoming deserves just as much attention as the woman you’ve been.
Maybe this is a chapter about rediscovering yourself.
Maybe it’s about making peace with some of the changes.
Maybe it’s about trying something new.
Maybe it’s simply about giving yourself permission to matter again.
You get to decide what comes next.
And you don’t have to decide it all today.
Ready to write your story?
Take a moment.
Think about where you’ve been, where you are now, and what you hope comes next.
You can write as much or as little as you like.
There is no deadline.
There is no perfect version.
Just your story, in your own words.
